Prom Suit Hire

A Dinner Jacket (Tuxedo) usually comprises of a black dinner jacket (tux), one, two button jacket, normally single-breasted and has either silk or satin lapels, pocket flaps, matching trousers with silk or satin edging running down the side seams. Go for a one or two button for a much more contemporary and stylish look.
The Cummerband is a broad pleated sash, worn around your waist over the top of the waistband covering the shirt. The cummerbund is usually an optional but it is a great extra.
Waistcoats are also optional but they are a great way of adding a bit of personality into your black tie look. For that ‘James Bond’ look just add a hint of colour to.
Last but not least, don’t let your outfit down with scuffed shoes. Black lace-ups shoes are the prefeered option. Don’t forget to give them a good polish !

The bow tie would normally co-ordinate with your cummerbund and comes either as a self-tie, a ribbon of
fabric tied around the collar symmetrically into a bow shape, or pre-tied. A bow tie or dickie bow can be worn with
either a wing collar or plain collar dress shirt. This can be either black or white. You can go crazy with the
accessories and could co-ordinate with your prom date. |
